Under Canada's Bill C-3 (passed December 2025), many individuals are now recognized as Canadian citizens due to their ancestry. With limited exceptions, people with an ancestor born in Canada are now considered to be Canadian. However, you must be able to sufficiently prove this relationship which can be complex and time consuming. We are offering genealogy research as a service to see if you qualify as well as document gathering to support your citizenship proof application.

He was able to locate the documents that I needed, and for the ones that he could not access (since he is not family) he was able to provide the links for me to go get them.
