Shopify customization means customizing any part of the ecommerce functionality the store have either extending the functionality or developing entirely new functionality. This includes change in liquid template code, developing private app functionalities, upgrading the store and like so.

Yes, I can and this is possible only with Shopify plus plan.
What level of customization is possible on Shopify checkout page?
With Shopify plus plan it's possible to - change the design - have upsell in the checkout page first step - restrict some shipping fields with certain data limitation
can you help creating private apps and public apps?
Yes I have wide range of experience when it comes to apps. I have 2 public apps published in Shopify app store and have built various customization for numerous businesses.
what is a middleware and what is the operating cost?
The middleware is a space outside of shopify where the shopify communicates for vairous reasons. For middleware we need hosting and domain. For domain, it can be any domain or we can make use of subdomain and if you already have hosting we can adjust there as well.It's usally the basic/starting plan
Can you help connecting shopify orders with third party Shipping solution
Yes, I can help with this as this requires a middleware to setup which then communicates with the Shipping solution API endpoints and syncs the data back to Shopify for .eg updates the tracking code back to shopify.
