Do I own the character and can I use it commercially?
Yes. Commercial rights transfer to you on delivery. For professionals and business owners, a comprehensive written rights transfer document is provided upon request after agreeing on specific clauses
Are you a solo freelancer or hobbyist?
No. I own a registered studio with a dedicated team. Every project is personally overseen from the first onboarding call through scoping, alignment, live walkthroughs, and delivery. Clients don't just receive a file. They receive a working system with the knowledge and support to use it from day one
What is a rig only service?
It means you already have a properly layered Illustrator or Photoshop file ready. We handle the rigging only. If your file needs limb separation or missing elements added, additional charges apply based on the extra work required.
What are Pre-animated icons and what do they do
Pre-animated reusable gestures and loops with drag and drop icons. You completely bypass the technical hassle and learning curve of self-animating. Click an icon, your character performs. Saves time and makes content creation significantly faster.
Does it include the creation of design and character?
No. Character design has an additional cost depending on complexity and depth. Share your reference or discuss your idea and we quote accordingly. If you already have a design, we move straight to layering and rigging.
can i get 3d looking or realistic puppets i don't like cartoon.
Of course. We create 3D looking and photo-realistic puppets across every art style Adobe Character Animator supports. Just share your reference and leave the rest to our team.
What if i have a character created ?
Great. I check if the file is good resolution and properly separated into layers: arms, legs, head, etc. If it is, you can choose any package directly. If it needs adapting, an additional cost applies based on the work required
can i order custom gesture or a signature gesture to my puppet?
Yes. For an additional fee I offer unique custom gestures built with frame by frame cycle layers, play guitar, hold umbrella, smoke cigar, and more. These are pre-animated and reusable, your character performs the same way every time
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 8 to 21 days depending on scope and complexity. Express delivery is available for urgent projects at an additional fee. Timeline is confirmed before the order starts, no surprises.
