As a qualified Cordon Bleu Chef and an experienced brand manager with 11 years of food writing experience, Im your go-to for your food writing needs.
I have written hundreds of recipes, owned my own catering business, and worked on significant food brands at Unilever, such as Hellmanns, Robertson's Spices, Knorr, Piemans Pies, and other food brands.

Which cuisines are you familiar with?
I have traveled extensively through Southern Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the US. Whenever I travel to a new place, I make sure I immerse myself in the local food scene. During my 3 years in culinary school, I studied global cuisine as a subject.
Where did you study?
I studied Culinary Arts at Silwood Kitchens in Cape Town, South Africa. Silwood follows a french curriculum, and I qualified with Le Cordon Bleu. I studied Marketing and business administration at the Institute of Marketing Management.
Do you write recipes, e-books etc?
