Can I send you a product to feature?
Yes! Just message me first to confirm the item is a good fit, and I’ll send you shipping instructions. Please note delivery timelines may affect turnaround.
What if I want the dog to do something specific (like hold a toy, wear a hat, etc.)?
I’m happy to try any reasonable action! My dogs are comfortable with props and light direction. Let me know your vision, and I’ll do my best to bring it to lif
What types of video formats do you deliver?
I provide MP4 files in vertical (9:16) format, perfect for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. If you need a different ratio or raw footage, just ask!
Can you include captions, trending audio, or add branding?
Yes! Captions and light editing are included in most packages. If you want trending audio or branded text/logos added, please mention that when you order or request a custom offer.
What if I need revisions?
A: I include 2 revisions in each package to ensure you’re happy with the final result. Major changes outside the original brief may require a small additional fee.
