FAQ
Is an Annual Return the same as a Tax Return?
No. A tax return goes to the CRA for money/income. An Annual Return goes to the Corporate Registry to confirm your business address and directors. You must do both to stay legal!
What happens if I don't file my Annual Return?
If you fail to file for two years, the government will assume your business is inactive and dissolve (close) your corporation. Re-starting a dissolved company is very expensive and difficult.
Can you help if my company is already "Dissolved"?
