FAQ
What will I receive?
You will receive a structured Audit Findings Report showing each issue, its location, risk level, possible financial impact, and recommended correction. Packages that include corrections will also receive a corrected and reviewed Excel workbook.
Will you correct all identified errors?
Yes, but within the scope of each package. The Basic package focuses on identifying and documenting errors, with minor corrections applied where quick fixes are possible. The Standard package includes correction of key formula and logic errors identified during the audit. The Premium package incl
Is this a certified financial statement audit?
No. This service is an analytical review of spreadsheets, financial statements, and financial models. It does not provide a statutory audit, CPA opinion, assurance report, tax opinion, or regulatory certification.
Can you review a large or complex financial model?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering if your workbook contains more than 20 sheets, multiple entities, complex debt structures, investment waterfalls, external links, macros, Power Query, or VBA. I will review the scope and prepare a custom offer.
Can you audit VBA, macros, or Power Query?
Basic formula and output checks may be possible. A detailed VBA, macro, or Power Query code review is not included in the standard packages. Please send the file before ordering so I can assess the complexity.
What counts as one revision?
A revision covers corrections or clarifications relating to the original audit scope. It does not include new sheets, new model sections, new files, additional periods, model rebuilding, or issues introduced after delivery.
Will my information remain confidential?
Yes. Your workbook and financial information will only be used to complete the agreed service. You may also remove or anonymize confidential names and personal information before sending the file.
Can you review Google Sheets?
Yes, depending on the model. Please message me before ordering. Some Excel-specific functions, external links, macros, and formatting may behave differently in Google Sheets.
Do I need to contact you before ordering?
You may order Basic directly when the workbook has five sheets or fewer and uses standard Excel formulas. Contact me first for financial statements, financial models, large workbooks, macros, external links, or unclear scope.
