I will do a basic AWS account review for cost and security best practices

About this Gig
Running a small business on AWS and not sure if the basics are covered? I'll do a beginner-friendly, read-only review of one AWS account and send you a clear written report with prioritized recommendations.
What I check (depending on package):
- Root user: MFA enabled, no access keys, not used for daily work
- IAM users: MFA, unused users and keys, overly broad permissions
- Budgets and billing alerts
- Top cost drivers and idle resources (EC2, EBS volumes, Elastic IPs)
- S3 Block Public Access settings
- CloudTrail enabled
How it works: you create a temporary IAM user or role with read-only access (I send step-by-step instructions). I never ask for root credentials and I make no changes to your account. After delivery you delete the access.
About me: I'm AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (2026) and an AWS re/Start graduate. This is a fundamentals review at that level, written in plain language for non-experts.
Please note: this is not a formal security audit, penetration test or compliance check (HIPAA, PCI, ISO), and it does not guarantee your account is secure. I'm new on Fiverr, so I keep the scope clear and honest.

FAQ
What access do you need?
A temporary IAM user or role with AWS managed read-only policies (e.g. ReadOnlyAccess or SecurityAudit) plus billing view access. Never root credentials. You remove it after delivery.
Will you change anything in my account?
No. The review is read-only. The report explains what to fix and, in Premium, how to do it step by step. You or your team apply the changes.
Is this a full security audit?
No. It's a fundamentals review (Cloud Practitioner level) for small accounts. For compliance, pen testing or complex architectures, please hire a specialist.
