Can you convert scanned PDFs?
Yes, if the scan is clear and readable. Send a sample page first and I will tell you if it works. Handwriting and blurry scans are not included.
Which formats do I get?
Excel (.xlsx), Google Sheets or CSV, your choice. Tell me in the requirements which one you want.
How do you check the data?
I compare row counts and totals with your PDF and spot-check values. If something is unclear in the PDF, I mark it and tell you.
Do you use AI?
Yes, I use AI tools to extract data, and I check every file myself.
Can you handle Norwegian or other Nordic PDFs?
Yes. I handle English, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish documents, including Nordic number and date formats.
What files do you not accept?
ID documents, medical records, or files with passwords or sensitive personal data. Please remove such data before sending.
Can you also clean up an Excel or Google Sheets file?
Yes. Send the file (for Google Sheets, download it as .xlsx or CSV) and tell me what to fix. I remove duplicates and blank rows, fix dates and numbers, and send back a clean file. I never need access to your Google account.
