Yes, we can create animated tile sets or animate your already existing tile sets.
Can I ask for revisions?
Yes, you can ask for unlimited revisions as long as they are reasonable. For example, color/shading & other small changes are allowed, but starting from scratch with a different idea or drastically changing your idea mid-order is not considered a revision.
