Need to organize a small product catalog?
I will clean one UTF-8 CSV file containing up to 100 product rows and five fields: SKU, product name, category, EUR price and stock.
What you receive:
- An organized CSV using semicolon separators
- Consistent EUR prices in Portuguese format, such as 12,50
- Removal of identical duplicate rows, documented in an audit report
- A list of missing information and conflicting records for your review
- A report explaining changes and unresolved issues
Product codes and original information are preserved. Different records sharing the same SKU are flagged, not silently merged. Missing details are never invented, and stock is not added together.
Delivery: 7 days after receiving the complete file and requirements.
Includes one revision within the original scope.
This service does not include XLSX or PDF conversion, product research, images, store uploads, Shopify integration or ongoing automation.

What file should I send?
Send one UTF-8 CSV file with semicolon separators, up to 100 product rows, and five columns: SKU, product name, category, EUR price and stock. The header does not count toward the 100 rows. Please explain your current price format and any rules I should follow.
How do you handle duplicates and missing information?
Identical duplicate rows are removed and documented. Records with the same SKU but different information are flagged for your decision. I do not guess missing values, choose between conflicting prices or add stock quantities together.
Will the CSV be uploaded to my online store?
No. This package delivers an organized CSV and a report. Store uploads, platform-specific import templates and integrations are not included. Compatibility with Shopify or another platform's importer is not guaranteed.
