Need a supplier or vendor spreadsheet, PDF price list or Etsy export turned into a Shopify or WooCommerce product CSV for bulk upload?
I turn messy product data into a clean, checked import file, and I show you exactly what I changed.
What I do:
- Group sizes and colours into proper variants (no "Default Title already exists" errors)
- Clean prices, currencies, SKUs, weights, stock and image links
- Remove duplicates and fix handles, casing and broken rows
- Check the file against Shopify's published CSV rules before delivery
- WooCommerce version for the built-in product importer
Every package includes a QA report:
- what changed, row by row
- what was held back because data is missing (never invented)
- any SKUs I generated, clearly marked for your approval
I deliver files only, so I never need your store login. You import, starting with a 5-row test.
Not included: uploading into your store, image editing, or customer and order data.

Do you need access to my Shopify store?
No. I deliver CSV files and instructions; you import them. That keeps your store safe.
Do you use AI?
Yes, partly. I use Python scripts and AI assistance to clean and restructure your data. Every file is checked against Shopify's CSV rules and the QA report lists every change. Prefer no AI? Tell me before ordering and I'll confirm whether I can do it that way.
What if my file has missing prices or SKUs?
Missing prices are never guessed: those rows go into a "held back" list for you to fill in. Missing SKUs can be generated in a clear format (e.g. `HH-GEN-…`) only if you agree, and they're listed in the report.
My supplier prices are in euros or dollars.
Tell me the exchange rate (or retail prices) you want to use and I'll convert them. The rates are shown in the report.
Can you upload the products for me?
This gig delivers import-ready files. Importing takes a few minutes in Shopify (Products › Import), and the delivery note walks you through it.
What file types can you work with?
CSV, XLSX/XLS, Google Sheets exports, Etsy and WooCommerce product exports. Text-based PDFs are possible on request; scanned or handwritten documents are not.
Will this delete my existing products or variants?
No. I only build the file; nothing touches your store until you import. The delivery note explains Shopify's overwrite option, and a 5-row test import comes first so existing variants stay safe.
What do you do with my files?
They're used only for your order and deleted after it's completed.
Can you move products from Etsy or WooCommerce to Shopify?
Yes, products only (not customers or orders). Send your Etsy or WooCommerce product export and I'll build a Shopify product CSV from it, with the same QA report.
