Will you test the whole website?
I will review the pages or flows included in your package. If you would like me to look at more of the website, you can add extra pages using the gig extras.
Is the walkthrough recorded?
Yes. All packages include a calm, real-time screen-recorded walkthrough so you can see my natural first impressions and reactions.
Can I request a specific flow or user journey?
Yes. You can tell me which flow you would like me to explore. For example, sign-up, checkout, booking or a key feature. If a flow includes several steps, it may count as more than one page.
What do you need from me to begin?
I need a link to your website or app, plus any goals or areas you would like me to focus on. You can also tell me about any specific pages or flows you want me to test. If there is a logged in area, you can provide a safe temporary login or test account. I only need access for the review duration.
Do you offer written feedback as well?
This gig is for screen-recorded walkthroughs only. If you prefer written feedback, I offer a separate gig designed for that.
Do you work with all website builders and platforms?
Yes. I can reiew any site or app that opens in a browser. No downloads are needed unless you want me to test an app.
Will this include technical or coding advice?
No. I do not offer coding or development advice. My focus is on clarity, communication and how easys the site feels for real users.
Do you check for bugs or technical issues?
I will mention anything obvious I notice. However, this is not a full QA or bug testing. My focus is the user experience.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. All feedback and recordings are private and I do not share your website or content with anyone else. I am fully GDPR compliant and a member of the ICO.
