FAQ
What package is right for me?
This typically depends how detailed you want the review to be. The better package you choose the more time I can spend analysing and discussing ways to improve your website. Each website is different, and smaller websites won't require as much analysis as complex dashboards. It's up to you!
Do you provide a written report?
I will always provide my feedback as a video review by default as this will benefit us both, it's quicker for me and you get more content; however, I can provide an analysis summary of approx. 500 words in a written report should you require. Simply add the 'Summary Report' gig extra when ordering.
Can you help improve my conversion rates?
My goal when giving you suggestions to improve your website is always for the purpose of improving conversion rates. This means that I consider what your specific target market might like/dislike, what they would expect, and where their attention should be directed when visiting your website.
What do you focus on in your reviews?
This can be entirely up to you, just let me know! By default I'll mostly be commenting on UI/UX and thinking out loud as I interact with the website, but I will of course test functionality & general bugs along the way. I also conduct an analysis of your website and discuss conversion optimization.
