Stuck retyping tables from PDF or CSV exports into Excel? I will convert them into a clean, validated Excel report.
I build Python tools that read system-generated PDFs (text you can select, exported from an ERP, billing or similar system) and messy CSV exports, then deliver one tidy Excel table you can filter, sum and reuse.
What I can do:
- Extract tables from multi-page documents, removing repeated headers
- Merge many files into one sheet, with source file and page
- Fix number, date and currency formats (e.g. 1.234,56 to 1234.56)
- Add a validation sheet that checks item counts and totals
- Deliver Power BI-ready tables (clean columns, one row per record)
Stack: Python, pdfplumber, pandas, openpyxl.
Only system-generated files with selectable text are accepted. Scanned or photographed files are not part of these packages.

Can you convert scanned PDFs?
Not in these packages, which accept only system-generated PDFs (selectable text). For scanned PDFs, send a sample first; if it is workable, I will quote it as a custom offer.
Do you have an example I can see?

How do I know the numbers are correct?
When your file has control totals, I add a validation sheet that compares item counts and sums per file and flags any difference. Without totals, I check a sample of rows.
Can I reuse it for next month's files?
Yes, if the layout stays the same. Standard and Premium deliver a script you run again on new files.
