This is much more than a CREATIVE WRITING exercise. Your Mission, Vision &Values are the fundamental elements required to build your strategy, recruit talent, attract donors, and structure your organization for effective decision making.
As a leader for one of the world's largest international nonprofits and as a professor at some of the countries most regarded universities, I live to help non-profits thrive. As both a practitioner and professor I have the experience + knowledge to help you up-level your impact.
This is not a gig this is my calling... 90% of the time I am consulted by an ailing non-profit the lack of movement boils down to a core issue with its mission, vision, and values. With more than 2M non-profits competing for time, money, and attention, you cannot afford to get lost in the shuffle! Let the world know why it needs you.

What do I need to provide?
A mission, vision, and value statement are foundational elements of your organization. At a minimum you will need to fill out my proprietary survey. Any additional documentation you can provide such as existing statements and a website are much appreciated!
Why is a mission statement important?
A mission statement is your "why" your reason for existing. A strong mission statement can help you attract the right donors, talent, and keep you anchored to a common purpose!
Why is a vision statement important?
