When does the delivery timer begin?
For physical products, the delivery timer begins once the product arrives and I have the required talking points. For digital products, apps, or no-product videos, it begins once I have the script, website, assets, and brand requirements.
Can you buy the product on Amazon and we’ll reimburse you?
In some cases, yes — but only through a custom Fiverr order. The product cost, tax, shipping, and a handling fee must be included upfront in the order before I buy anything. I do not accept off-platform reimbursements, and I do not create or post Amazon customer reviews.
Do I need to ship you the product?
If it's a physical product you want me to physically show, use, demonstrate, or review the product on camera, you shipping the product to me is the usual process. What if we need to be more creative than that? Reach out and we'll figure it out.
