FAQ
What format should I send my logo in?
I can work with most video formats but .mp4 or .mov are generally the most acceptable. Message me if you've got something outside of the norm and I'll let you know if there will be any issue with conversion.
I'd like music incorporated into my logo. Can you provide that?
Absolutely. I have access to thousands of royalty-free stock music libraries in almost any genre of music you can think of!
You did an audio logo for me a long time ago and I'd like to revise it. Do you still have it?
That depends on HOW long ago. Because of my client load, I typically save client files for two years. Message me in regards to your specific situation.
Another designer did my logo and I like parts of it but not others. Can you fix it?
It depends on how they deliver it to you. If they sent you the separate elements (sound effects mixed to separate files, music to separate files, etc), then I can tweak it. If it's just one audio file, then it gets a bit trickier. Message me with your specific situation and I can look into it!
I don't want to go back to my video editor. Can you export my logo to a final video format?
I sure can! I offer that as an add-on package. Please select the "export logo to video" add-on when you order, or mention it to me if we're doing a custom offer.
What format will I receive my audio in?
Every video project I do audio for receives a 48k 16-bit stereo .wav file unless you request another format. I find that this is the most easily acceptable format for all video editing suites.
