How do customers get their files after buying?
I set up Shopify’s Digital Downloads app so customers receive their files automatically after checkout, and I test it with a sample order. Some apps may have their own fees.
Is the Shopify plan included in your price?
No. Shopify charges its own subscription, and available payment providers depend on your country. Message me before ordering and I’ll point you to the simplest setup for you.
Can you move my products from Etsy or another platform?
Yes. Send me your product details and files and I’ll add them. For very large catalogs, message me for a custom offer.
Can you redesign my existing Shopify store?
