Based on the description you give, I will draw your character (From the torso and up).
Please give plenty of detail and visual aids to help as much as possible.
The price of the "standard" and "premium" packages should be the same at just $15, but I cannot change the price of the premium.
I can offer the delivery of the project in any of these file types:

You can absolutely have the project file to do whatever you want with it after the delivery.
Will the project file have layers?
Yes, it will have layers that will include the lines, color, and any special details.
Can you add a background?
I can definitely do a solid color background. Most deliveries will be with a transparent background, offering clients more flexibility with their characters. If you are looking for a certain background, please let me know and I can see what I can do!
How long have you been doing this?
This gig was made in July of 2025. I have been doing lineart and coloring for a decade now. Half a decade on Fiverr. For a basic character design, I may be able to get close to what you are looking for.
