What EDI standards do you support?
I support X12 and EDIFACT files, including commonly used order, shipment, invoice, inventory, planning and acknowledgement transactions.
Which X12 transaction types can you review?
I support most EDI transaction types including but not limited to 850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 846,862,945, 940, 210, 820, 997, 180 etc. Contact me first for another transaction type.
What do you need to begin?
Please provide the EDI file, transaction type and version, error message, expected result, and partner guide if partner-specific validation is required.
Do I need to provide an implementation guide?
Not for general syntax validation. However, partner-specific compliance requires the applicable implementation guide or specification.
Will you correct my EDI file?
Corrected sample data is included in the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package provides validation findings only.
Do you develop or deploy complete EDI maps?
Complete map development, production deployment and platform configuration are not included. These may require a separate custom offer. Contact me for consultation first.
Can you review multiple files or transaction types?
Yes. Each package covers one transaction type. Please contact me for multiple transaction types or files beyond the selected package limit.
Will my business data remain confidential?
Yes. Files will be used only to complete the order. I recommend removing or masking sensitive production information whenever possible.
Can you guarantee acceptance by my trading partner?
I can validate the supplied data and specification, identify issues, and prepare files for retesting. Final acceptance remains subject to your partner’s systems and rules.
