How does the whole process work from start to finish?
After you place your order I send a short intake form asking for your content, branding, any sites you like the look of, and your goals for the site. From there I build a first draft, share a preview for your feedback, make any revisions, and hand over full access once you are happy.
Will my website work properly on phones and tablets?
Every site I build is fully mobile responsive. I test across multiple screen sizes before delivery so your visitors get a smooth experience whether they are on a phone, tablet or desktop.
Can I update the site myself after it is delivered?
Absolutely. Squarespace is designed for non-technical users. Once I hand the site over everything will be organized and straightforward for you or your team to update without needing to hire anyone again.
What if I need more pages than what is included in my package?
Additional pages can be added as a gig extra at checkout. If you are not sure how many pages you need just send me a message before ordering and I will recommend the right package based on what your site actually needs.
Do you connect my domain to the site?
Domain connection is included in the Standard and Premium packages. If you are on the Basic package and need your domain connected that can be added as an extra. If you do not have a domain yet I will guide you through purchasing and connecting one without any technical headaches.
