My Squarespace site has a few broken sections and some outdated content. Is that something you can fix without redesigning the whole thing?
Absolutely. That is exactly what the Basic package is built for. You do not need a full redesign to get your site looking and working properly again. Just send me a message describing what is broken or outdated and I will tell you exactly which package fits your situation.
How do you access my Squarespace site to make the changes?
Once you place your order I will ask you to add me as a contributor to your Squarespace account. It takes about two minutes on your end and gives me the access I need to get to work without you having to share any passwords.
Will my site go offline while you are working on it?
No. Squarespace lets me work on your site in the background without taking it offline. Your visitors will not notice a thing while I am making improvements and everything goes live only when you approve it.
What if I want changes after you deliver the work?
Every package includes revisions. Basic comes with 2, Standard with 3, and Premium with unlimited revisions until you are completely happy. Just send your feedback clearly and I turn it around fast.
I want a full redesign but I also want to keep some parts of my current site. Is that possible?
Yes and that is actually the most common request I get. Just let me know which sections or pages you want to keep and I will build the redesign around them so nothing you love gets lost in the process.
Do you only work with Squarespace or can you help with other platforms too?
This gig is specifically for Squarespace websites. If your site is on another platform this particular service would not apply but feel free to message me and I can point you in the right direction.
How do I know which package is right for me?
A good rule of thumb is this. If you have a few things that need fixing go Basic. If several pages need a visual refresh go Standard.
