All revisions must be requested during the design review stage. Once you approve the design and production begins, no changes can be made to the physical piece. Please review carefully before confirming!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is not included in the delivery time shown. After I ship your piece, please allow an additional 7–21 business days depending on your country. I provide tracking info once shipped.嗯。
What do I need to provide to start?
Please share: the type of jewelry, your design idea or reference photo, preferred material, size (ring size or chain length), and any engraving text. The more detail, the better!
What if the finished piece looks different from what I imagined?
That's why I send you photos of the finished piece before shipping — so you can see it first. This is your final chance to flag any concerns before it leaves my hands.
Can I order without a design idea?
Absolutely! Just tell me the occasion (birthday, anniversary, memorial…) and your style preferences. I'll propose a design concept for your approval before starting anything.
