The migration process will begin at a time that is convenient for you, to minimize any disruptions.

Secure mailbox migration to Google Workspace using IMAP, Google Data Migration Service, native tools or professional migration tools depending on the source platform.
I also configure your Google Workspace domain DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so Gmail is ready for reliable business email delivery.
For multi-user, tenant-to-tenant, large mailbox, shared mailbox, Google Drive, Shared Drive or calendar-heavy migrations.
Supported: Microsoft 365, Hosted Exchange, OVH Cloud, OVH MX Plan, Bluehost, Tasjeel, Crazy Domains, Outlook, IONOS, FastMail, HostGator, ProtonMail, AppleMail, Private Email, cPanel, Zoho Mail, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, IONOS, Rackspace, Titan, IMAP or another provider - minimal downtime and post-migration testing!

What is Email Migration Service?
Email Migration Service is a process that helps you move your existing historical emails from current email provider to another host.
Will my emails be disrupted during the migration process?
No, your email service will continue to function normally during the migration process.
What details are needed to migrate my email accounts?
The following three things are required for most email migrations: -Source Mailbox Logins or the Admin Account Login -Destination Mailbox Logins or the Admin Account Login -Domain DNS/Web Hosting Login Credentials
How secure is my data during the migration process?
We assure complete confidentiality of your credentials. Your data security is our priority.
How long does the email migration process take?
Configuration will take just an hour, after that you can start using your e mails through new Email Service Provider i.e Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The standard duration for Migration of old data is 24 hours. However, this can vary depending on the volume of emails and any unforeseen issues.
Can I migrate emails from any email provider?
Yes, I have the technical experience and expertise for the email migration from and to all types of email providers.
What are the main services included in your mailbox migration?
Mailbox migration service includes the migration of emails, contacts, and calendars, if applicable. If you also need to migrate drive data or photos, please let me know upfront, and I'll make sure the order or quote includes those services.
Do you sign NDA, MNDA? Is the data secure during migration?
Your data is absolutely secure in transit. I respect the privacy of my clients and know the importance of their data integrity.
Do you provide Google Workspace or Should I create one.
Yes, you must have a Google Workspace account. If you don't have one you can hire me to set one up for you.
I don't want to share my login credentials.
If you do not want to share your logins and you have concerns you can opt for remote screen sharing service.
