What do you need from me to start?
I will need admin access to your source email platform (e.g., Zoho, GoDaddy) and the login details for your new Microsoft 365 destination tenant.
Is there going to be any downtime?
No, there will not be any downtime. I plan your migration so that your team can continue using their emails seamlessly. The data transfer happens in the background, and we do a quick final sync during your off-hours.
Will my business experience downtime during the migration?
No. I use a background migration process that syncs your emails first, and then we do a quick final cutover during your off-hours. Your business will not experience email downtime.
How many Microsoft 365 licenses do I need?
You will need to assign an active Microsoft 365 license to every user who needs a mailbox.
What is the maximum mailbox size that can be migrated?
You can migrate a mailbox up to 50GB in size if you have Exchange Online Plan 1, Business Basic, or Business Standard. Larger mailboxes simply take slightly longer to sync in the background. To extend your mailbox storage beyong 50 gigs, you'll need to purchase additional storage plan. I can guide!
Can you migrate emails from Zoho to Microsoft 365?
