FAQ
Can you move my old emails to Microsoft 365?
Yes, I can migrate existing emails, contacts, and calendars from your old provider (extra charges apply depending on size).
Do I need to buy Microsoft 365 licenses first?
Yes, you’ll need to purchase licenses from Microsoft or your domain provider before I start. I can guide you if you haven’t purchased yet.
Will this disrupt my current email service?
No, I plan and implement the setup to ensure zero downtime during the switch and schedule DNS cutover to minimize disruption.
Can you also set up Microsoft Teams and OneDrive?
Yes, Teams and OneDrive setup is included in all packages. SharePoint setup is included in the Premium package.
What if I don’t have a domain name yet?
I can guide you in purchasing and setting it up so we can connect it to Microsoft 365.
Will my emails go to spam after setup?
No, I configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to maximize deliverability, so your emails are far less likely to land in spam.
