FAQ
Do I need to know anything about AI to use this?
No. The Consult is in plain English. We talk about what you do, what frustrates you, what you would want help with. The install is hands-off for you. A walkthrough video shows you how to use the finished system.
Do I need a powerful computer?
Helpful but not required. 8-12 GB VRAM runs the recommended models comfortably. Smaller machines run lighter models or use cloud fallback for heavy steps. I tell you what your hardware can do during the Consult audit.
Does my data leave my machine?
Standard and Full Deploy tiers run Ollama locally. Your data never touches an external API for those workflows. Claude Code uses your own Anthropic API key, which you control. No third-party services hold your work.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general chatbot. SCOUT is your personal AI workstation: Claude Code with skills that know your work, agents that run multi-step tasks, local Ollama models that do not cost API credits, and automation that fires on schedule. Infrastructure, not a chatbot.
