Here are the steps to complete your Basic package project:

Yes, I have successfully removed and secured 100s of sites and secured them. IF for any reason Malware comes back within 30 days, I will certainly get it cleaned up for no extra charge. However, you will need to keep your theme & plugins updated regularly.
Do you provide Malware Cleanup guarantee? (Multiple site on same hosting space)
30 days Guarantee is certainly provided IF ALL the sites in the same hosting space are clean & secured. Because if there are malware in any of the other sites, it can propagate back into Fixed site easily via the file system.
Do you remove Google Blacklist or Google Malware Alerts?
Yes, use Premium package to deep scan & clean up the site. Once cleaned YOU will need to submit your site for re-consideration from YOUR Google console account (Security tab). The request will be processed by google within 10-15 days and whitelist your site.
What should I do to Maintain Security on my Site?
Ultimately, its your responsibility to keep the site Updated, do this for best practice - Update your Wordpress, Plugins & Theme regularly (weekly/monthly) - Do not use Nulled products on the site. (use reputable) if you need regular maintenance done for you, feel free to message me.
