Hi, I'm a UX/UI Designer with a master's degree in product design.


My path isn't the typical one before focusing on design, I spent 2+ years in customer support for digital and SaaS platforms. That gave me something no master's program can teach: a deep understanding of how users think, get frustrated, and need to be helped.
