What information do you need before starting my CFD simulation?
Please provide the CAD geometry, project objective, fluid and material properties, inlet and outlet conditions, operating temperatures or heat loads, expected outputs, and any experimental or literature data. I will review these before recommending a package.
Is a mesh-independence study included?
Mesh-quality checks are included in every package. A formal mesh-independence study using multiple grid levels is included in Standard and Premium. It can be added to Basic as an extra.
Can you perform thermal analysis and conjugate heat transfer?
Yes. I can model forced or natural convection, conjugate heat transfer, heat exchangers, HVAC airflow, electronics cooling, and related fluid-thermal problems in ANSYS Fluent. Complex radiation or transient cases require a custom quote.
Can you reproduce experimental or published CFD results exactly?
I can compare the simulation against supplied experimental or literature data and report the deviation. Exact agreement cannot be guaranteed because results depend on geometry, boundary conditions, material data, turbulence or multiphase models, and information available in the reference.
Will I receive the Fluent files and an engineering report?
Yes, where agreed in the package. Deliverables may include compatible ANSYS Fluent case/data files, mesh files, convergence evidence, contour plots, balance checks, and a PDF engineering report. Please confirm your Fluent version before ordering.
