What information do I need to provide?
Your worker name, a description of the fault, and a temporary read-only GitHub token expiring in 48 hours. Full instructions are provided after ordering.
Will you have write access to my repository?
Basic and Standard require read-only access only. Premium requires temporary write access to submit a pull request. You control and revoke access at any time.
What if my worker has multiple issues?
Each package covers one main fault. If additional issues are found during diagnosis I will flag them and you can order separately or request a custom offer.
How secure is my data?
Your credentials are AES-256 encrypted, stored for a maximum of 24 hours, and permanently deleted after the session. You will be reminded to revoke tokens when work is complete.
What if you cannot fix the issue?
If I cannot identify or resolve the fault I will explain why in detail and suggest next steps. Basic diagnosis fee still applies as the diagnostic work has been completed.
How do I submit my worker details?
After ordering, a secure form link is sent via Fiverr message. It expires in 5 hours so submit promptly. If it times out, request a new one. The form is single-use so have your information ready before you start.
