Preparing for a CARF Survey can be daunting. I can help you through this process. As a former VP of Policy, Procedure, & Compliance I have experience in successfully achieving supplemental and 3-year accreditations in Behavioral Health. I am also familiar with Employment Services Standards.

The Basic Pkg. is a time for us to get to know each other. I will conduct a 30-min. call with key personnel to determine the scope of your requirements. You will receive a documented description of the scope & a custom quote for future phases.

The Standard Pkg. is where we conduct a deep dive into each CARF requirement to determine your organization's preparedness. This is an outline of the processes, procedures, & policies already in place, as well as what you will need to create.

The Premium Pkg. is more strategic in nature. I will analyze your processes for managing ongoing compliance. I will also make recommendations as to how to organize your ongoing preparedness.

I can also offer survey preparation and regulatory compliance.

Note: You will be asked to sign a contract prior to services. You will have the right to use intellectual property for the purposes of conducting business.
