What is a stop-motion video?
A stop motion video is a collection of photos (frames) stitched together to create a fun, animated video.
Can you come up with your own creative ideas?
By purchasing this service, you are going to receive professional stop motion video for a significantly discounted rate. To avoid differences in creative direction, we require that you send us a storyboard detailing your creative ideas and aesthetic you're going for.
How many revisions are allowed and what's the scope of revision?
I provide 1 complimentary revision only. Revision means fixing the brightness, sharpness, and color of the products. Succeeding revisions will incur extra fees. If upon delivery you end up needing to change the style and concept or needing a reshoot, a reshoot fee will apply.
Can you provide the model?
Yes, but there will be a model and casting fee required. Please message us for information.
Can you put props in the video?
Absolutely! Send a detailed prop list of what you want included in the video. We'll let you know if we have the props in our studio, if not you will need to purchase them for us and ship them along with the product/s to shoot.
Can you shoot outdoors or on-location?
Of course! Our outdoor/on-location videos are priced differently (to take into account gas, transportation of equipment, and location permits and insurance). If the images you need require us to rent a home (such as kitchen, bedroom, living room settings, etc.), that also goes on top of our fee.
What are my rights as client?
By accepting our offer, you agree we are the sole intellectual property rights owner of the photos we produce and have the exclusive right to sell, license, or authorize the use of such photos. We grant non-exclusive, limited license to use the photos for your online shop and social media only.
