Yes. I can help clean up and organize past transactions. If you have multiple months or a large transaction volume, please message me before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
What information will I need to provide?
You may need to provide bank or credit card statements, transaction exports, sales reports, and details for transactions that cannot be identified from the records.
Will I need to share my banking password?
No. Please do not send banking passwords. If access is needed, use secure accountant or collaborator access when available, or provide statements and transaction exports.
What happens if you find transactions you cannot identify?
I will flag unclear transactions and ask you for clarification before categorizing them.
Can you work with more transactions or accounts than the package includes?
Yes. Please message me with the approximate transaction count, number of accounts, and date range so I can determine whether a custom offer is appropriate.
Do you offer ongoing monthly bookkeeping?
Yes. If you need ongoing bookkeeping after the initial project, message me and we can discuss a recurring monthly scope based on your transaction volume and number of accounts.
