The $80 starter package covers one G+1 house (ground floor plus one upper floor): exterior modelling from supplied dimensioned plans and elevations, materials and lighting, one rendered JPG/PNG view, and two revision rounds within the original brief. Delivery: 7 days after complete requirements.
Please message us on Fiverr before ordering to confirm your drawings, facade style, materials, chosen view and deadline. Larger buildings, extra views and animation require a custom quote.
This is a visualisation service based on your design. Permit drawings, structural design, interiors, walkthroughs and editable source files are not included. Changes to the building design or additional scope are quoted separately.

What do you need before starting?
Please provide dimensioned floor plans and elevations, building height, material/colour references and your preferred camera view. Message us before ordering so we can check that your project fits the G+1 starter scope.
What is included in the two revision rounds?
Two rounds of adjustments to materials, colours, lighting or the agreed view within your original brief. A new building design, extra views, interiors or animation changes the scope and requires a separate quote.
