What locations do you provide permit coordination services for?
I primarily assist with permits in California, including coordination with city and county jurisdictions. If you’re outside of California, feel free to message me first — I may still be able to help or point you in the right direction.
Do you provide services for commercial or residential?
Both. I have extensive experience with pulling permits for residential and commercial projects for contractors and sub-contractors, and I can assist with owner-builder projects as well. If you are a real estate investor message me for details.
Do you offer in-person runner services for permit drop-off or pick-up?
Yes! My Permit Runner service is available in select jurisdictions in the Sacramento region of California. Please message me before ordering to confirm your project location is within my service area.
What do I need to provide to get started?
You’ll need to share: 1. A brief description of your project 2. Any blueprints, site plans, or sketches (PDF or image formats are fine) 3. Your project address and jurisdiction (city/county) 4. Any documents you've already started I’ll review everything and guide you from there.
Can you guarantee my permit will be approved?
While I cannot guarantee approval (as that depends on your local authority and code compliance), I will ensure your submission is complete, accurate, and follows the required format to improve your chances significantly.
Can you assist with resubmittals or corrections?
Yes. If your permit review is completed with corrections, I can help you submit the required revisions (as applicable) once ready. This is typically included in the Professional Package or can be added separately — just message me to discuss.
Can you work with contractors, architects, or designers directly?
Absolutely. I regularly collaborate with professionals to ensure permit processes run smoothly. Let me know your team’s setup and I’ll coordinate accordingly.
