A Loan Processor handles the backend of loan applications, making sure everything is complete, accurate, and ready for approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Collect and verify documents (income, credit, assets, IDs)
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and underwriters
• Order appraisals, title reports, and credit checks
• Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulations
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and closing
• Follow up on missing requirements and deadlines

Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Role & Responsibilities)

A Real Estate VA supports real estate agents, brokers, or investors remotely by handling admin, marketing, and client coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
