I will develop commercial food formulation for cpg startups and brands
Business Systems, Automation Consultant And Product Development Specialist
About this Gig
Your food idea isnt failing its just not built for manufacturing.
Most startups lose money because their recipe isnt commercially viable, cost-controlled, or compliant.
A kitchen formula is NOT a production formula and manufacturers will reject it.
I provide professional food product development and commercial formulation for CPG brands, beverage startups, supplement lines, ghost kitchens, and pet food companies.
What I deliver:
Commercial recipe reformulation for mass production
Cost-optimized ingredient strategy to protect margins
U.S. Food and Drug Administration-compliant nutrition label guidance
Association of American Feed Control Officials-aware pet food formulation
Beverage & supplement formulation
Packaging technical specs & scaling roadmap
This isnt recipe writing.
This is production-ready product architecture built for manufacturers and retail.
Before you invest in manufacturing are you certain your formula will survive scaling?
Message me your concept and lets build it correctly the first time.

FAQ
What information do you need to start my formulation?
I’ll need your product concept, target market, intended price point, dietary claims (vegan, keto, gluten-free, etc.), expected shelf life, and whether you plan to sell online, retail, or both. If you already have a recipe or prototype, share it so I can assess scalability.
Do I need to have a final recipe before contacting you?
No. You can come with just an idea. However, if you already have a kitchen recipe or sample formula, providing exact measurements and ingredients helps me evaluate cost optimization and manufacturing readiness faster.
Do you work with manufacturers directly?
I don’t manufacture products, but I formulate to manufacturer standards. If you already have a co-packer, share their production constraints (batch size, equipment type, ingredient restrictions). If not, I’ll structure the formulation to meet standard commercial production requirements.
What details are required for nutrition label guidance?
I’ll need serving size goals, target country of sale, ingredient list, and any intended claims (high protein, sugar-free, organic, etc.). This ensures the nutrition labeling guidance aligns with regulatory expectations.
What do you need for pet food or supplement formulation?
Please provide target species or demographic, functional goal (joint support, immunity, energy), dosage expectations, and any compliance requirements. Clear objectives ensure AAFCO-aware and safety-focused formulation structure.
Can you help if I’m still validating my idea?
Yes, but clarity improves results. The more defined your positioning, audience, and budget, the more precise and commercially viable your formulation will be.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. If you require confidentiality, provide your NDA before we begin. Protecting intellectual property is standard practice.
What happens after delivery?
You’ll receive documentation structured for production readiness. If you plan to move into manufacturing immediately, share your timeline in advance so formulation decisions align with your launch schedule.
How prepared should I be before ordering?
Be clear on your vision, target customer, and business goals. The more strategic your direction, the stronger and more scalable your final product will be.
