How do I know if you can fix my specific issue?
Message me first with a screenshot or short description. I'll confirm within a few hours whether I can fix it and which package suits your situation — no obligation to order.
Do you need full admin access to my site?
For Squarespace I'll need Contributor access (Designer role). For Shopify I'll request Collaborator access — this gives me everything I need without sharing your full account password.
What if the fix doesn't work after delivery?
Every package includes revision rounds. If the issue persists after my fix, message me immediately and I will resolve it within the revision window at no extra charge.
Can you fix issues caused by a third-party app or plugin?
Yes — app conflicts and embed issues are among the most common problems I solve. Share the app name and I'll let you know upfront if it's fixable.
Is this gig different from your full website build gig?
Yes. This gig is specifically for targeted fixes, tweaks, and customizations on existing sites — not full builds. If you need a new website from scratch, check my other gig.
