FAQ
Will you create my developer account for me?
No. The account must be in your name, with your details and your payment. I guide you screen by screen and check each step, then join by invitation with a limited role.
How long does account approval take?
Apple and Google control that. Personal accounts are often quick. Business accounts can take days, because they need a D-U-N-S number or extra verification. My delivery time starts once the account is active.
What access do you need?
An invite to App Store Connect or Google Play Console with a limited role. I never ask for your password, and you can remove my access when we finish.
What do I need to start?
Your app name, the platform, a build or the project files, and any account details you already have. If you have nothing yet, I tell you exactly what to prepare.
Does this include submitting my app?
Premium includes submission. Basic and Standard get you set up and ready to submit, so you or I can do that later.
Do you fix rejections?
Not in this gig. This gig covers setup, uploads and forms. If your app is rejected after review, message me and I will quote it.
Do you build or fix the app’s code?
No. If the upload needs a code change, I tell you what to change so you or your developer can fix it, then I continue.
Which package should I pick?
Basic if you only need accounts and console set up. Standard if you also want your build uploaded to one store. Premium for both stores and submission. Not sure? Message me first.
Do you handle privacy forms and age ratings?
In Premium, yes. I fill them in from what your app really does, and you confirm the answers before I submit.
What is not included?
App development, bug fixing, design, paid ads, developer account fees and rejection fixes after review.
