FAQ
What is an AI UGC video?
A short creator-style video where an AI presenter talks about and shows your product: hook, demo and call to action, in the style of social and Amazon content.
Will the AI presenter look realistic?
I use natural-looking AI presenters and choose one to suit your product and audience. Realism varies by scene, so I'll share a draft for your feedback and use your revisions to refine it.
Are these real customer reviews?
No. The presenters are AI-generated. I don't create fake reviews or customer testimonials, and these videos shouldn't be presented as real customer footage.
Do I need to disclose that it's an ad or AI content?
Rules differ by platform and country, and you're responsible for any ad or AI-content disclosure where you post. I can add on-screen text if you give me the wording you need.
Do you write the script?
Yes. The script and hook are included in every package. If you'd rather use your own script, send it and I'll follow it.
Which formats and platforms is it for?
HD 1080p in vertical 9:16, square 1:1 or landscape 16:9, for Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Shopify. Basic and Standard include one format; Premium includes all three.
Do you guarantee more sales or conversions?
No. Results depend on your product, price, reviews, listing and traffic. I deliver a professional video to your brief but can't promise sales results.
