How do I grant you access to my QuickBooks Online account?
You do not need to share your primary login password. You can invite me as an accountant user by going to Settings (Gear Icon) > Manage Users > Accounting Firms > Invite. Simply enter my email address, and I will accept the invitation to begin
What documents or information do I need to provide?
To complete your bookkeeping accurately, I will need access to your QuickBooks Online account along with bank/credit card statements (in PDF or CSV format) for the period being serviced, as well as any relevant sales receipts or vendor invoices.
What if my monthly transaction volume is larger than your package limits?
