If we make an error in your script or directions, we can provide a free correction of the specific problem. However, opinion-based requests, like “do it again but slower,” or "Please try it with this tone,” come with a separate charge. But we will happily provide a discount! :)

NO mature/adult content (Such as language, drugs, sexual innuendo) PG-rated only. No political topics, NO SCAMS. No diet/pill videos. No spell/psychic videos. Scripts should be comprehensible. Violations post-delivery result in loss of copyright & legal action.

Subtitles are NOT included in the cost, but message us before ordering and we can discuss possible custom pricing. This will depend on the length of your script. :) They will be written in English and featured on screen at the bottom of the video. We don't offer external SRT files!

Any special requests outside of simply speaking your message on screen with the extras above will need to be discussed BEFORE an order is placed. :) A custom quote would need to be provided to accommodate the complexities of your request.

If your script is over 350 words, the short answer is no. We will need to at least include some jump cuts to give our actress time to take a breath or regroup. Anything less than that, you can purchase the “single take” extra to film it all in one take. Otherwise, the cuts are included by default.

Selfie videos are meant to be close to the camera! It actually makes the viewer feel more engaged when they can see all the facial expressions up close.
