If you like to see how your 3d printable model will look like after you paint it, without wasting any paint, I can show you a preview by digitally coloring it using my software, ZBrush. It's called poly paint in ZBrush. You can see the examples as gig images here.

I can provide you rendered images as JPEG or PNG.

Requirement:

3D model as STL / OBJ file from you.

Any specific color range or concept if you have (I can use it as a help to paint)
