How long will it take to clean and organize my inbox?
The time depends on the size of your inbox and the number of emails. Smaller inboxes may take hours or a day, while large inboxes with thousands of emails may take days or weeks. I provide updates throughout the process so you always know the progress.
Will you have access to my email login credentials?
I can work through secure access methods like delegation or temporary passwords, or use tools like LastPass to securely receive your login credentials. Security and confidentiality are my top priorities.
What happens to emails I might still need?
Important emails are never deleted without your approval. Emails you’re unsure about can be moved to a temporary review folder for you to confirm before any action is taken.
Can you handle multiple email accounts?
Absolutely! I can organize Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and multiple accounts. Just provide access for each account you want cleaned and organized.
Do you offer both one-time cleanup and ongoing management?
Yes! I offer a one-time inbox decluttering to clean and organize your emails, as well as ongoing management (daily, weekly, or monthly) to keep your inbox tidy and efficient.
What does Ongoing email management package include?
It includes regular cleaning and organization, drafting email responses, reaching out to new leads, replying to customer inquiries, coordinating meetings, sending calendar invites with reminders, adding action items from your emails to your project management tool, updating your CRM, and more
How often will you check my emails if I choose ongoing email management?
That depends on the how busy your inbox is, your budget and your goals! I offer daily, weekly, or monthly inbox management based on your needs.
Can you do email automation?
Yes! I can set up filters and rules in Gmail and Outlook.This includes automatically moving emails to folders, auto-labeling, auto-forwarding emails to another address, setting up auto-replies, and flagging important emails by starring them as soon as they are received.
