Do I need to send you the physical product?
Yes, if the project requires hands-on testing, unboxing or demonstration. Please message me before ordering so we can confirm the product, shipping details and project scope.
Can you purchase the product for me instead?
Yes. If you prefer, I can purchase the product through a custom Fiverr offer. The product purchase cost is separate from the Gig price and must be funded before I place the order.
Does shipping time count toward the delivery time?
No. Shipping and transit time are separate from my production time. The delivery timeline begins once I have the product and the project requirements are confirmed.
Do I get the product back after filming?
Products are assumed to remain with me after testing unless return arrangements are agreed upon before the order begins. If a return is required, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you guarantee a positive review?
No. I provide authentic, experience-based product content and will not make false claims or guarantee positive ratings. I can follow approved talking points as long as they accurately reflect the product. Of course, I am here to help you be successful, and I will do my very best to make you happy.
Where can I use the finished video?

Can you create vertical videos for TikTok, Reels or Shorts?
Yes. Vertical 9:16 is available and works well for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Please tell me your preferred format before filming.
Can you write the script or follow my script?
Yes. You can provide your own script or talking points, or I can help develop the script depending on the package you select.
