Remote Work Analysis Project Overview

In this project, our primary goal is to develop a dynamic Excel dashboard that illustrates the exponential growth of remote work across various industries and highlights regional differences in its adoption.

We will categorize individuals into distinct age groups to analyze which demographics are most inclined towards remote work. Additionally, well explore geographic trends, industry-specific insights, and job roles to determine where remote work is most prevalent.

To achieve this, we begin by refining our dataset, adding necessary columns such as age groups to enhance our analysis. From there, we will employ pivot tables to uncover relationships within the data, laying the groundwork for impactful visualizations.

The culmination of our efforts will be a comprehensive, interactive dashboard. This dashboard will allow users to seamlessly explore how various factors, such as age and region, intersect with industry growth. It will provide actionable insights into whether the rise of remote work is fueling or hindering industry development.

The data in this project has been sourced from Kaggle.
