Why are project extensions now $35/day instead of free?
I'm so sorry!! Fiverr has now started work queue limits so I can no longer allow customers additional time to produce content or make decisions for free after they've submitted their questionnaires. Revision reviews are limited to 3 days per round or are also subject to my per day fee.
Is my website's hosting or domain name provided in this gig?
No - Sorry! You must provide your own hosting and domain name for me to complete your package. I am an affiliate to a large number of providers, so I can get you a discount if you inquire with me ahead of purchasing!
What is included in the design customization add-on?
Minor layout changes of up to HALF the template are included with this add-on but must be confirmed via direct message before ordering. Theme functionality changes, completely custom designs, custom scripting or custom plugins and entire page redesigns are excluded and must be custom ordered.
What kind of support can I expect after the delivery of my website?
For one week you are more than welcome to ask me any questions and I will find a solution for you. Extended support is available in a 3-month package, please inquire with me directly.
Do you do any custom website work in HTML, CSS, PHP, etc.?
Yes, I do! But this is beyond the scope of these packages. I encourage (and welcome!) you to reach out to me to discuss a custom package to accommodate your request!
Will I be able to edit my own website afterwards?
Yes! Every single one of my themes comes with an easy-to-use editor such as Elementor so that you can edit your content yourself without any coding knowledge!
Is copywriting included with my order?
Unless you have specifically ordered copywriting services as an add-on, then all text content on the website MUST be sent and written by you. My team and I can provide copywriting for an additional fee.
What happens if I lose my website or accidentally delete part of my website by mistake?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your website due to user error or malfunctioning plugins/files that have been installed after the delivery of your website. I always suggest that you obtain hosting with automated backups to keep a copy.
Do you offer any meetings?
Hourly meetings via Fiverr's Zoom integration are available for a fee and are NOT included as part of any of my gigs. However, you are welcome to message me on Fiverr chat free of charge.
Do your themes / plugins come with purchase codes?
Licenses for themes & plugins aren't included with my gigs, except for Elementor Pro (if needed), Astra, OceanWP, and Neve. These are agency licenses, covered by my agency, so you won’t get individual licenses but will have full access through my coverage.
