Do you provide other languages option, except English and Chinese?
For the translation quality purpose, I only provide English and Chinese bilinguial service. But if you do want other languages on name card, please provide me the content in target language and in english. And you still have to purchase bilinguial service for it, since design will take more time.
How long I can get my name card?
Usually if I have Premium package, I will design it first and provide it to my client in 24 hours. But if you did't purchase the Premium package and you don't want to wait, you can choose Extra fast delivery and I promise to provide it to you in 24 hours.
How can I make sure your design is the style I want?
1. You can upload the style and picture that you like, so I can design you name card in the similar style or form. 2. If you don't have any idea about what you want, I can also provide you some sample tamplate that I design before and you can just choose one that you like.
Can I get the source file with extre Charge?
Sorry, we don't provide source file for our design. Because we want to prevent pirated! But for our client who want to change the information on the card, we will offer free after-sales support for 3 month. If you want to change anything on the card, please leave a message for revision.
